Ron Weinstock – Founder
Ron is a seasoned marketing executive who in his nearly 30 years of experience as such has seen many successes. Before opening his own shop in 1982, Ron served as the Vice President of Field Marketing, Sales Promotion and Consumer Public Relations for PepsiCo’s Pizza Hut Division. Ron started his career with MARC and Company in Pittsburgh.
Weinstock Marketing started out as a strategic planning and sales promotion company for Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Amblin/DreamWorks Entertainment, Shasta Beverages and North American Van Lines. Two years later, the shop expanded and opened an advertising agency division for Perkins® to serve as their marketing department and local co-op support. As other companies began to take notice of the work, their results, and Weinstock’s client list grew.
In 2003, Weinstock Marketing partnered with Lighthouse Marketing, LLC, at the time one of the top three marketing services firms in Tampa, FL. The agency produced work for Glaxco Smith Kline’s major brands, including: Nicorette, NicoDerm, Commit, AquaFresh, Goody’s and B.C. Powders. Weinstock Marketing helped advance these brands utilizing national and account specific promotions.
Today, Weinstock Marketing works directly with brands or through advertising agencies to generate traffic, sales and customer loyalty.
